Partner with fast-growing e-commerce brands, SaaS companies, and agencies
Focus on GTM hiring—primarily recruiting top-performing sales talent
Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels
Build and manage candidate pipelines and hiring funnels
Screen and assess candidates through interviews and qualification calls
Coordinate and arrange interviews between candidates and clients
Follow up with candidates and stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting workflows
Support multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Identify bottlenecks and keep hiring processes moving efficiently

Previous recruiting experience is definitely a plus, but it’s not a hard requirement.
