Conduct intake interviews in Spanish and English.
Document all relevant case details accurately and completely.
Evaluate and qualify potential personal injury cases based on the law firm’s intake criteria.
Provide a professional, empathetic, and client-focused experience during every interaction.
Enter client data and case information into the case management system with accuracy.
Prepare and send sign-up documents to prospective clients.
Follow up to ensure timely completion of required documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
Answer basic questions about the personal injury process and retainer agreements.
Support bilingual communication between clients and the legal team as needed.
Escalate complex questions or case concerns to the appropriate team members.
Review intake activity and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Help improve client intake workflows and follow-up processes.
Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical standards at all times.

Prior experience working with U.S. law firms is highly preferred.
Familiarity with personal injury law is a strong advantage.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
C1 English certification or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling client information.
Proficiency with digital tools, including case management systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
