They are seeking a Senior Account Executive who will take full ownership of their B2B sales pipeline, engaging with mid-market and enterprise brokerages to build relationships and close deals.

Responsibilities:

Building pipeline from scratch
Prospecting daily
Running discovery conversations that uncover pain
Creating urgency that is real and earned
Managing a book of business with discipline
Crafting cold messages that get responses
Adapting approach to keep deals moving
Making good decisions with incomplete information
Taking full ownership of sales numbers

Requirements:

have built pipeline from scratch and knows what it takes
are comfortable picking up the phone, crafting a cold message that actually gets a response, running a discovery conversation that earns the next step
are a real go-getter who dreams big, goes hard, and knows how to drive B2B sales in a start-up
do not need a playbook for every situation - you know how to read a deal, adapt your approach, and keep things moving
are honest with yourself about where deals stand and do not paper over stalled pipeline with optimistic stage updates
know the difference between a deal that is progressing and one that is stuck - and know what to do about both
thrive in environments that are not fully built yet and gray areas do not slow you down
make good decisions with incomplete information, ask for help when needed, and take full ownership of your number
