10+ years of engineering experience with a personal track record of architecting and shipping high-scale, high-complexity production systems.
Deep fullstack depth — comfortable writing production Node and React at a high level of craft.
Experience setting technical direction across multiple engineers or teams — you've been the person whose architectural calls others built on top of.
Strong record of working closely with cross-functional product teams to ship customer-facing software that holds up in production.
Meaningful time at an early-stage, high-growth company — startup work as a core part of your career, not a brief stint, on teams that shipped weekly or faster with output that held up under that pace.
A career spent hands-on in production code, shipping end-to-end — not specs written or systems proposed, but production outcomes you owned: the hardest bugs, gnarliest migrations, and most fragile systems.
