8+ years as a product designer with strong UI/UX portfolio
Experience in a product-led tech start-up or SaaS environment
Ownership experience in a small team
Designing for enterprise audiences
Expert in Figma
Confident in motion design for videos
Strong typographic, layout and visual systems sensibility
Clear written and verbal communication in English
AI tools fluency
Self-directed about new tools
