Support the review, negotiation, administration, and execution of federal contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
Facilitate compliant and efficient transactions while identifying and mitigating contractual risk.
Perform first-level contract review and coordinate internal approvals and escalations as needed.
Review, draft, negotiate, and administer a variety of agreements.
Analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Prepare contract redlines and support negotiations to help achieve business objectives.

2–4 years of experience in federal contract administration, preferably supporting DoD and civilian agency contracts.
Experience supporting both prime contracts and subcontracts.
Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, TAA, and BAA requirements.
Experience reviewing contractual terms and coordinating internal approvals and escalations.
Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience working in contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems such as Icertis or similar platforms preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
