Supports the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs, processes, and initiatives.
Contributes to the development of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, workshops, job aids, and other training materials.
Assists in identifying learning needs and gaps through collaboration with stakeholders, employee feedback, and performance data.
Partners with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content and materials.
Coordinates learning and development activities, events, and logistics to support program execution.
Provides technical and administrative support for the learning management system (LMS), SharePoint, and related tools.
Assists with data tracking, reporting, and evaluation of learning program effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to support the integration, communication, and execution of learning solutions.
Supports vendor engagement activities, including coordinating deliverables and escalating issues as needed.
Maintains accurate records of training participation, completion, and program documentation.
Supports the continuous improvement of learning programs, processes, and materials.
Demonstrates flexibility to support a variety of learning and development activities as needed.

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, I/O Psychology, Instructional Design, or other field; Master’s preferred.
At least 2 years of work experience, with 1 year of learning program/project management.
Experience in healthcare preferred
