Role Overview

Own carrier and agency relationships to onboard and maintain rate partnerships.
Oversee performance: Track how rates convert and price them accordingly.
Collaborate with media, product, and account teams to balance rate displays with lead/call monetization.
Work on yield optimization—developing algorithms to maximize profit across different flows.
Test and scale new media sources into the rated experience funnel.

Requirements

Experience in insurance distribution—ideally a mix of digital lead/call models and rated experiences.
Think like a GM: You love owning a P&L, building partnerships, and optimizing margins.
Comfortable working cross-functionally—whether it’s biz dev, product, or media.
A knack for turning data into action—whether that’s in pricing, customer journey, or yield.
