RJM Technologies, Inc. is a growing technology company focused on delivering modern solutions that help organizations protect their people. They are seeking a Content Marketer to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness through high-quality content and campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop content tailored to buyer personas and different stages of the customer journey
Create and support marketing campaigns designed to generate leads and increase engagement
Own the end-to-end creation and management of blog content with a focus on SEO and GEO best practices
Build and deploy email nurture campaigns, engagement flows, and templates
Produce marketing assets including ebooks, sales sheets, case studies, infographics, and related collateral
Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders on high-priority campaigns and initiatives
Coordinate content and marketing efforts across departments to support company-wide alignment
Research industry trends and translate insights into actionable content opportunities
Proofread, edit, and review content to ensure quality and brand consistency
Support additional marketing initiatives and projects as needed

Requirements:

2+ years of marketing experience focused on content creation, content strategy, or demand generation
Professional writing and editorial experience
Experience creating marketing content for digital campaigns, blogs, emails, and sales collateral
Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization best practices
Design experience and ability to create polished branded assets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Comfortable learning new technologies and incorporating AI tools into daily workflows
US citizenship is required
Experience with Pardot or other marketing automation platforms
Experience with Google Workspace tools
Exposure to AI tools such as Gemini or Claude
Background supporting B2B SaaS or technology-focused organizations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
