Role Overview

Serve as primary contact for day-to-day IT requests
Install, configure, and support employee hardware, software, and accounts
Work with remote employees, vendors, and contractors
Procure and provision hardware, manage asset inventory
Assist with evidence collection and control testing for compliance obligations
Maintain accurate, audit-ready records
Occasionally support off-hours maintenance windows

Requirements

Passion for computer systems, and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of IT.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong patience and empathy;
Proactive and organized in a remote environment with solid time management and follow-through.
Familiarity with basic SOC 2, GDPR, and PCI concepts
Degree in IT, CS, or a related field, professional experience, and certifications like CompTIA A+ or Security+ are all beneficial.
