Effective Resolution: Actively listen to and resolve caller questions and concerns with clarity, patience, and empathy.
Professional Phone Presence: Maintain a clear, confident, and articulate verbal demeanor, serving as a positive and trusted voice.
Engaging Communication: Translate complex information into friendly, easy-to-understand guidance while building a strong rapport with callers.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: Strictly adhere to established program guidelines, operational policies, and standard call-handling procedures to ensure quality control.

Full-Time Availability: You are available to work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET.
Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable using computers and navigating various software applications.
Dedicated Workspace: You have a quiet, distraction-free home office environment.
Reliable Internet: A stable, wired internet connection to your Wi-Fi router or cable modem, with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload.
