Delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in line with defined scope and milestones
Delivery support for Azure cloud migration initiatives
Coordination of infrastructure deployments (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud integration)
Delivery of enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)
Preparation of project documentation including schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers
Reporting on agreed project performance metrics (scope, schedule, quality, risks)
Coordination with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as required to deliver outcomes
Maintenance of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
Delivery of services in accordance with applicable security, governance, and architectural requirements defined by the client
Contribution to post-engagement reviews and continuous improvement activities

7+ years of experience delivering IT project or program management services
4+ years’ experience delivering Azure cloud migration initiatives
Proven experience delivering infrastructure transformation programs
Experience providing consulting services to external enterprise clients
Strong working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Experience coordinating third-party vendors and system integrators
Experience working with distributed and international project teams
Fluent English (minimum C1 level)
French language capability is a plus
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams Voice, Cisco UC, Zoom Phone)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
Experience with ITIL or service transition processes
Background in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments
