Role Overview

Manage a group of Community Connectors, Community Leaders and Community Experience Coordinators
Ensure performance is high and customers see a fantastic service level
Oversee the local team members' operations
Support Community Experience Coordinators to ensure issues are resolved quickly on the ground
Conduct regular visits to schools for training and team engagement

Requirements

Clean UK driving licence and access to a car (preferable)
Experience in leading communities, or managing large groups of people to success
High level of Customer issue management skills
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Empathy and excellent people skills
Comfort using basic tech tools such as slack
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to constantly improve.
