Role Overview

Assist with preventative maintenance (PMs) on UPS systems (both minor and major services)
Help inspect, test, and troubleshoot equipment
Support repairs such as battery replacements, fans, and capacitors
Learn how to read basic diagrams and schematics
Complete service reports accurately after each job
Help with equipment start-ups, installations, and project work
Work directly with customers and represent QPS in a professional way
Occasionally travel overnight or work outside normal hours when needed

Requirements

Mechanical or electrical interest (schooling or hands-on experience is a plus, but not required)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
Basic computer skills
