Role Overview

Support the founders in preparing and following up on important meetings
Act as a sparring partner for the founders on strategic and operational topics
Execute special CEO projects
Provide day-to-day operational support, e.g., scheduling, travel planning, etc.

Requirements

Experience working in challenging environments, ideally 2–3 years' experience in startups, management consulting or similar
Strong ability to conduct independent analyses and translate them into concrete results
"Getting it done" mentality, initiative and self-reliance
Organizational talent and the ability to focus on what matters
Experience with MS Office / G Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
German fluent and English business fluent
