5+ years of experience in content marketing, content strategy, editorial, or a related field
Demonstrated experience developing and managing content programs that drive measurable business results
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice and messaging across clients, industries, and formats
Experience creating or overseeing content across formats including web, long-form, social, email, video scripts, and thought leadership
Ability to translate business objectives into editorial strategy with clear content pillars, distribution plans, and KPIs
Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to evaluate content performance and inform strategic decisions
Familiarity with SEO/AEO principles and how content integrates with broader digital marketing channels
Experience working in an agency environment and managing multiple client brands simultaneously
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present strategy confidently to clients and collaborate across teams
Healthcare and/or regulated industry experience is a plus
Familiarity with AI-powered content and research tools is a plus
A strategic mindset, intellectual curiosity, and genuine passion for content as a growth channel
