Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing for all employees, including salary, hourly, and contract employees.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all payroll data, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Review and verify timecards, employee records, and other payroll-related documents for accuracy and completeness.
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, including pay discrepancies, deductions, and tax information.
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll laws, tax regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor preparation and filing of all required reports, including tax filings, wage reports, and year-end documentation.
Supervise and support the payroll team to ensure efficient processing and high-quality customer service.
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, increase efficiency, and reduce errors.
Lead the migration process by working closely with external vendors, IT, and internal stakeholders to ensure a successful transition to the new payroll system.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in payroll management, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role in the home healthcare or related industry.
Prior experience with payroll system migrations, including working with external vendors and IT teams to implement new systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing.
Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office Suite; experience with UKG or similar systems is highly desirable.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and teams across multiple locations and states.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
