Role Overview

Provide individualized advice to new and existing customers on feeding and housing of laying hens
Develop tailored feeding concepts based on on-farm observations, production targets and economic parameters
Drive sales through targeted new customer acquisition and by maintaining and expanding long-term customer relationships
Analyze market trends and commercial opportunities in close collaboration with the team
Participate in technical events and training sessions
Utilize digital tools to analyze farm data

Requirements

Degree in agricultural sciences, agricultural apprenticeship with further training, or relevant professional experience in feed sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset and ability to work conceptually
Team player with a passion for poultry production
