As Senior Social Media Marketing Manager, you are the driving force behind our entire social media presence and paid campaigns.
You combine creative storytelling with analytical performance marketing and are responsible for the entire funnel — from the first Reel idea to conversion.
Independently plan, create and optimize Meta campaigns (Facebook & Instagram Ads) — from strategy to reporting.
Ongoing analysis and optimization of KPIs: CPL, ROAS, CTR, CPA, conversion rates.
A/B testing of creatives, audiences, placements and funnels.
Budget management and scaling of profitable campaigns.
Conceptualize and produce Reels, carousel posts, Stories and feed posts for Instagram and Facebook.
Independent video editing (cutting, subtitles, animations, color correction) using CapCut, Premiere Pro or comparable tools.
Create visually appealing graphics and templates in Canva (professional level).
Develop a consistent visual brand language that aligns with positioning as a premium coaching brand.
Develop and implement a holistic social media strategy (organic + paid).
Content planning and editorial scheduling in close coordination with the team.
Community management and engagement strategies to increase reach.

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media marketing with a proven track record in Meta Ads performance
Deep experience with Meta Business Manager / Ads Manager — campaign structure, pixel setup, Conversion API, attribution
Outstanding video editing skills: You edit Reels and short videos quickly, creatively and platform-appropriately (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)
Professional-level skills in Canva for graphics, carousels, story templates and ad creatives
Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility — you immediately recognize what will perform and what won’t
Experience in the creator environment, working with a personal brand, in a coaching/education company or at a startup
Fluent German at native-speaker level (content will be created in German)
Data-driven mindset combined with creative instinct
