Technical Business Analyst (Cloud & Infrastructure)

Medasource is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support cloud, infrastructure, and engineering initiatives within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role involves collaborating with cloud engineers, architects, project leaders, and business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful execution of technical workstreams.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and project teams to support delivery efforts
• Manage backlog items and support Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement activities
• Track open questions, dependencies, risks, and blockers across multiple workstreams
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and workflow diagrams
• Ensure teams have the information and decisions needed to keep initiatives moving forward
• Support cloud and infrastructure programs through effective coordination and follow-through

Requirements:

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation experience
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, architects, project managers, and business stakeholders
• Experience supporting Agile teams and managing backlog activities
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
• Understanding of cloud, infrastructure, or technical delivery environments
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business requirements and actionable work items
• Experience supporting AWS, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering teams
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools
• Process mapping and workflow documentation experience
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, observability, cloud operations, or related concepts
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience supporting large enterprise technology initiatives
