Entech is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a seasonal remote position. The role involves handling high-volume inbound calls from customers, assisting with loan applications, and resolving issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Handle back-to-back inbound calls from customers
- Assist with loan applications and documentation
- Resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Follow structured workflows and log all interactions accurately
Requirements:
- 2+ years inbound call center experience
- 1+ year financial services experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Remote role — eligible states: AL, DE, GA, KY, MD, MI, NC, NE, OH, PA, TN, VA Candidates must maintain a primary work location in one of these states
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Backup connection required (hotspot or alternate workspace)
- Personal laptop for training (equipment provided after)
