Sygaldry Technologies is building quantum-accelerated AI servers to revolutionize AI training and inference. The Business Development and Partnerships leader will be responsible for identifying and executing growth opportunities, managing strategic accounts, and building relationships with customers and partners to enhance Sygaldry's market presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage strategic accounts, driving the relationship and commercial trajectory over time and expand engagement as the partnership matures
- Build trusted relationships with technical and business leaders, serving as a credible counterpart to senior stakeholders
- Identify leads, conduct outreach, and secure customer contracts. Structure and negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements, often where no template exists
- Partner closely with technical teams to translate Sygaldry's roadmap and milestones into clear business value for customers, and feed customer needs back into product and engineering
- Represent Sygaldry at industry conferences and events
