Project Manager – USA 🇺🇸

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to agreed objectives and timelines
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
• Track project progress using KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance processes
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies
• Support organizational change management and transformation initiatives
• Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations for resolution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• 4–8 years experience in Project Management or related roles
• Proven track record of successfully delivering medium-to-large-scale projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is highly desirable
