IT Project Managr

Knights Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Project Manager at the junior/associate level to help plan and deliver technology projects across the organization. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and track IT projects from initiation through completion
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and status reports
• Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
• Maintain project documentation, processes, and best practices
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for project management and delivery

Requirements:

• Junior / Associate Level (0–4+ years experience, internships included)
• Experience in project management, project coordination, IT operations, or related roles
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet)
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Basic understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or technology projects is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
• Fluent in English
• Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
