Knights Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Project Manager at the junior/associate level to help plan and deliver technology projects across the organization. The role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure successful project execution in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and track IT projects from initiation through completion
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts, product teams, and stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and status reports
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation
- Facilitate project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals
- Maintain project documentation, processes, and best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for project management and delivery
Requirements:
- Junior / Associate Level (0–4+ years experience, internships included)
- Experience in project management, project coordination, IT operations, or related roles
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, Smartsheet)
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Basic understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or technology projects is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment
- Fluent in English
- Based in the United States with legal authorization to work full-time
