Job Overview:
Pay Range: $63hr - $68hr
Requirement:
- We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll & SuccessFactors Solution Architect to lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for HR transformation programs.
- Core SAP Expertise 15+ years of SAP experience with: o Strong background in SAP HCM (Payroll, Time, PA/OM).
- Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, ECP preferred) Proven experience as a Solution Architect.
- Compliance and statutory regulations SuccessFactors Experience in multiple SF modules, with at least Employee Central mandatory Experience in SF implementations, Support, migrations, and global rollouts.
- SAP BTP / CPI integrations o Hybrid architecture (ECC/S4 + SF) o APIs and middleware solutions.
- Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
- SAP certifications in multiple modules is preferred with atleast on the below certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors (EC) Experience in S/4HANA HCM or S4 transformation.
- Agile / SAP Activate methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work in a client-facing leadership role.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise.
- Ability to bridge business and technology.
- Proven track record in leading HR digital tar.
