Thatch is a financial technology company focused on providing innovative health benefits solutions. They are seeking a Growth Marketing Associate to enhance their go-to-market strategies by executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support Growth Initiatives: Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (brand, events, webinars, social, affiliates, CRO, automated outbound, and more) to generate leads and drive conversions
- Analyze Performance: Monitor key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.), identify trends, and provide data-driven insights to improve performance
- Content & Messaging: Help develop compelling messaging, ad copy, and landing pages to enhance campaign performance
- Test & Iterate: Run A/B tests across channels, optimizing creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize ROI
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing (preferably in B2B SaaS or healthtech)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing metrics, reporting, and data visualization
- Experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Mixpanel, Google Analytics
- Strong copywriting skills and ability to craft compelling marketing assets
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a test-and-learn mindset
- Experience in health benefits, insurance, or fintech
- Familiarity with SQL or data analytics tools
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup
