W Talent is a venture-backed B2B SaaS company focused on building modern infrastructure for finance and accounting teams. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own key product areas such as integrations, data pipelines, and reconciliation workflows while collaborating closely with engineering and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Owning roadmap and strategy for critical product areas across integrations, data workflows, reconciliation, and reporting
- Working closely with engineering to define, scope, and deliver high-impact product work
- Speaking directly with users to understand accounting, finance, and operational workflows
- Turning ambiguous customer problems into clear requirements, user stories, documentation, and delivery plans
- Thinking through APIs, data models, systems design, data integrity, and scalability
- Tracking adoption, customer outcomes, and product impact, then iterating quickly
- Partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success
Requirements:
- 5+ years' product management experience, ideally within SaaS, fintech, accounting technology, eCommerce, data infrastructure, or another data-heavy B2B product environment
- Experience across eCommerce environments, combined with exposure to accounting, finance operations, payments, ERP, or financial data workflows
- Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, data pipelines, data models, reconciliation, reporting, or workflow automation
- Practical experience with AI-enabled product development, including building AI features, using AI in product workflows, automation, triage, prototyping, or internal tooling
- Comfortable working closely with engineering on technical product areas, while still staying close to customer and commercial needs
- Experience in an early-stage startup, founder-led environment, entrepreneurial product team, or as a founder / early employee
- Ability to move quickly, prioritize ruthlessly, and create clarity in ambiguity
- Strong written communication, product documentation, and stakeholder management skills
