InsideOut is a well-established business mentoring and coaching company helping Hispanic entrepreneurs build scalable businesses. The Growth Marketing Coach will guide and elevate the marketing function, focusing on strategy development, performance improvement, and team coaching.
Responsibilities:
- Design and lead marketing strategies aligned with revenue and growth goals
- Identify opportunities to improve positioning, acquisition, and retention
- Translate business objectives into clear marketing priorities and initiatives
- Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s high-ticket model
- Coach and mentor the marketing team to improve execution and strategic thinking
- Define KPIs, expectations, and accountability frameworks for the team
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
- Build a culture of ownership, proactivity, and continuous improvement
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with strategy, timelines, and performance targets
- Guide the team in optimizing campaigns based on data and results
- Step in when needed to unblock execution or improve outcomes
- Monitor key metrics and evaluate campaign performance across channels
- Analyze ROI and identify areas for optimization and growth
- Provide clear reporting and insights to leadership
- Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve marketing effectiveness
- Work closely with sales to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue goals
- Facilitate communication between marketing and other departments
- Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and customer experience
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Introduce new ideas, strategies, and technologies to improve performance
- Continuously assess competitors and market opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing strategy and performance marketing
- Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching marketing teams
- Strong understanding of content, paid media, funnels, and customer journeys
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into strategic decisions
- Advanced Spanish (primary business language) and solid English communication
- Experience in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Experience in coaching, consulting, or education-based businesses
- Background in high-ticket services or personal development industries
- Familiarity with AI tools and modern marketing tech stacks
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams
- Exposure to scaling businesses or growth-stage environments
