VisioLab is an AI-powered self-checkout company for various venues, headquartered in Osnabrück with a US office in Boston. They are seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative to prospect and qualify leads across European markets, with a pathway to becoming an Account Executive.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect into target accounts across sports, entertainment, and hospitality in Europe
- Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound pipeline through creative outreach
- Book and support discovery meetings with senior decision-makers at major venues and operators
- Learn the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first touch to signed contract
- Transition to an Account Executive role as you demonstrate mastery of the sales motion
- Work closely with the founders and senior sales team to refine messaging and strategy
Requirements:
- Some experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Natural curiosity and a competitive edge. You want to win and you want to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English. German is a strong plus, additional European languages are a bonus
- Comfort with outbound prospecting: cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, events
- Familiarity with CRM tools, HubSpot preferred
- Interest in sports, hospitality, or technology - ideally all three
