Support the Member Analytics team by evaluating retention and engagement trends
Partner with stakeholders as a strategic collaborator by owning business intelligence analyses end-to-end
Produce actionable insights to guide roadmaps and business strategy
Build dashboards and scorecards for data-driven decisions
Manage competitive intelligence assets and enhance based on stakeholder feedback
Analyze A/B tests and provide recommendations
Measure and present the impact of marketing tactics
Develop data pipelines and create innovative solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst/Engineer, or other occupation/role/job title involving experience in business intelligence, analytics, data science, or technical project management.
Strong SQL skills
Strong experience using data visualization tools like Tableau
Knowledge of A/B testing, statistical methods (e.g. t-test, Chi-squared) and modeling
