Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery calls with high-level professionals, diagnosing professional bottlenecks and qualifying candidates for our programs
- Position our leadership and success curriculum as the definitive vehicle for their professional growth and organizational scaling
- Manage your pipeline end-to-end within our CRM, ensuring high-touch follow-up and professional account management
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly revenue targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in high-ticket sales, professional services, or executive recruitment
- A documented history of exceeding sales quotas in a remote, performance-based setting
- Comfortable with modern CRM workflows and hosting professional online meetings via Zoom/Google Meet
- Proactive, competitive, and motivated by achieving high-profit results
- Ability to speak as a peer to high-level thinkers and business owners
