Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master

eCapital Corp. is a leading provider of innovative funding solutions for small to medium-sized businesses. They are seeking an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead and drive the execution of software development projects, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery while managing project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end delivery of software initiatives, ensuring clear scope, timelines, dependencies, and outcomes
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, sprint schedules, and release roadmaps
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and milestones to support predictable and transparent delivery
• Track and communicate project status, risks, and delivery confidence to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure changes to scope or priorities are evaluated, documented, and communicated clearly
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as a servant leader, fostering trust, transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Identify and remove team impediments and support teams through delivery challenges
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and effective collaboration
• Facilitate complex discussions and help teams navigate conflict, ambiguity, and dependencies
• Act as the primary delivery point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, QA, IT Solutions, and Operations
• Partner closely with Product Managers to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Build strong, trust-based relationships that enable early risk identification and problem-solving
• Proactively identify delivery risks and develop mitigation plans to keep initiatives on track
• Coordinate release readiness across Engineering, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments
• Monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, and cycle time to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, leading software development projects
• Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, and Agile methodologies
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
• Strong Agile project management skills, with a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks
• Experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to align IT Solutions, Delivery, and Engineering teams
• Strong ability to identify and resolve risks and blockers proactively
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• PMP or Agile-related certification preferred (PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, or equivalent)
