1Password is a leading cybersecurity company focused on building a safe digital future. They are seeking a Product Management Intern for the Device Trust team to support the delivery of enhanced experiences in device security and management, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a high-level understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem, common frameworks and principles (e.g., Zero Trust), and best practices (threats, risk, controls, governance/compliance concepts), with an ability to connect these ideas to real product and customer outcomes
- Familiarity with IAM systems and common authentication and authorization methods and protocols (e.g., SSO concepts, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, MFA); and ability to document how Device Trust workflows integrate with or support these patterns
- Work with PMs and cross-functional partners to turn product initiatives into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, FAQs, and release notes to communicate customer value
- Have practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work (e.g., research, writing, synthesis, prototyping), with good judgment around quality, privacy, and responsible use
- Summarize and structure input from support, sales, and customer conversations into themes tied to measurable outcomes (what problem it represents, who it affects, severity, proposed solutions, and how success should be measured)
