Glint Tech Solutions is hiring a Senior Data Engineer for a Remote role. The role involves partnering with enterprise data organizations to support data systems, align datasets to architecture, and deliver data solutions for business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Analyze project requirements and support new and existing data systems
Identify required datasets and align to architecture and solution design
Navigate enterprise data landscapes and legacy systems
Partner with Martech, business, product, and analytics teams
Monitor implementations and escalate risks, blockers, and status updates
Deliver data solutions for new business initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree + 5+ years in technology or related field
3+ years hands-on experience with Talend, AWS Glue, and Lambda
Strong expertise in cloud data platforms — Redshift, Snowflake, and CDW
Experience working in cloud or hybrid environments
Strong collaboration skills across business, product, and analytics teams
Strong AWS cloud experience
Martech ecosystem experience
Travel/hospitality industry background
Customer-facing experience
