InsideOut is a U.S.-based organization providing therapy services and operating a personal creator brand. They are seeking a Marketing & Content Creation Specialist to manage content workflows, video editing, and social media execution for both healthcare and lifestyle content.
Responsibilities:
- Editing long form YouTube videos ranging from ten to twenty minutes using raw family style footage such as outdoor activities, trips, and daily life moments
- Combining multiple video clips, photos, and audio into cohesive and engaging stories
- Making creative decisions related to clip selection, pacing, music using royalty free sources only, transitions, and overall story flow
- Repurposing long form videos into short form content for platforms such as YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels
- Understanding that YouTube's growth strategy differs significantly from TikTok and Instagram, and adjusting editing style and structure accordingly
- Light editing and formatting of healthcare related videos such as product demonstrations and therapy tools
- Managing posting and scheduling across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator or affiliate platforms
- Publishing clinician spotlights, company updates, educational posts, clinic events, therapy activities, and patient success stories
- Creating or refining simple educational graphics and infographics using provided content
- Ensuring a professional tone, brand consistency, patient privacy, and compliance with healthcare data protection standards
- Video Editing: Execute high-quality edits for both long-form (YouTube/Webinars) and short-form (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) content
- Optimization: Apply platform-specific formatting, captions, and technical SEO to maximize reach
- Social Media Operations: Manage the end-to-end posting process, including scheduling and caption implementation across all platforms
- Digital Asset Management: Maintain a highly organized filing system via Google Drive and shared folders for easy retrieval
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on core KPIs, including views, engagement rates, and follower growth
Requirements:
- C1 English level is required
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
- Deep understanding of the technical differences between YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, specifically regarding audience retention and platform-specific algorithms
- High-level English comprehension to ensure captions are 100% accurate and medical/professional context is preserved
- Strong self-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under minimal supervision
- Willingness to utilize Hubstaff for transparent time-tracking and productivity
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients or creators
- Background in Healthcare, Wellness, or Professional Services (understanding the tone and 'feel' of high-compliance industries)
- Familiarity with Amazon Creator or other affiliate marketing platforms
