Slalom Flex (Project Based) - Program Manager, Seller/Communications

The Program Manager will lead program planning and execution, build program structures, and drive communications strategies while partnering cross-functionally to manage risks and dependencies.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and performance tracking
• Build program structure, cadence, and integrated plans
• Create enablement assets and support field teams (playbooks, sessions, resources)
• Drive communications strategy, stakeholder updates, and engagement campaigns
• Partner cross-functionally and manage risks, dependencies, and continuous improvement

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs
• Strong project planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to create enablement content and drive communications strategy
• Analytical mindset with experience delivering insights and reporting
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
