Business Analyst

Inspire11 is a full-service consulting firm that helps clients reach their full potential by getting closer to their customers, their employees, and their communities. The Business Analyst role involves engaging with stakeholders, defining business needs, and documenting functional and technical requirements to ensure developed solutions meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with stakeholders at varying levels of our clients’ organizations
• Assist business stakeholders in articulating business needs and defining measurable business value of initiatives
• Lead cross-functional efforts across client stakeholders to define and document functional and technical requirements related to digital solutions
• Partner with clients to validate that developed solutions meet the stated business needs of the organization
• Coordinate with team members to support the overall execution of the projects that you are staffed on

Requirements:

• You have experience working with clients in a consulting environment to define and document functional and technical requirements
• You have client facing experience and are comfortable taking ownership of large group discussions
• You have a proven track record of managing complex information and translating that information into actionable collateral and recommendations
• You are organized and detailed oriented
• You love working with data and have a keen interest in performing quantitative and qualitative analysis
• You have excellent communication skills
• You are comfortable working in fast paced environments, are able to wear many hats, and have a general fear of being bored
