Revolut is a financial technology company on a mission to deliver more visibility, control, and freedom over money. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify, close, and scale high-value partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Driving partnership deals to support the 0–1 growth of new strategic product lines, including credit cards, loyalty benefits, and more
- Developing and implementing partnership strategies to achieve growth targets and enhance the value proposition in the US
- Supporting product and growth partnerships by scoping opportunities, building business cases, pitching new initiatives, negotiating commercial deals, and maintaining executive relationships
- Running performance analyses to maximize impact from various partnerships to ensure business objectives are met
- Taking on additional responsibilities outside regular workflows and serving as a trusted, cross-functional thought partner across the business
- Collaborating with internal teams globally, including Product, Finance, and Legal, to shape and launch new products
Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Expertise in partnerships, business development, or relationship management
- The ability to negotiate deals with third-party companies
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills across seniority levels, with a strategic, structured approach to prioritizing projects and selecting partners
- To be highly driven, collaborative, and results-oriented, capable of overcoming challenges and closing deals effectively
- Analytical thinking and familiarity with data tools, like Google Sheets, Slides, and Excel, and to be comfortable leveraging AI to enhance output
- Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact
- Experience within financial services, such as payment networks, fintech platforms, or traditional banking
