InsideOut is a growing portfolio of healthcare and wellness businesses focused on premium patient care and direct to consumer supplement sales. They are seeking a highly independent Marketing Manager to oversee strategy, execution, optimization, and growth across all marketing initiatives for their three brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the complete marketing strategy across all three businesses
- Build monthly marketing calendars and campaign roadmaps
- Present strategies, ideas, and execution plans for approval and independently carry them out afterward
- Create and manage multi channel marketing campaigns designed to drive patient acquisition, supplement sales, and brand authority
- Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Manage audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixel setup, and budget pacing
- Build and optimize landing pages, lead funnels, and retargeting flows
- Monitor campaign performance and scale successful campaigns profitably
- Oversee social media strategy and content execution across all brands
- Create marketing copy, ad hooks, campaign messaging, and promotional content
- Coordinate video ads, animations, and creative assets while ensuring alignment with the brand voice
- Work with existing recorded content to create engaging short form and long form marketing assets
- Build and manage email and SMS automations using Klaviyo or similar platforms
- Create abandoned cart sequences, nurture campaigns, retention flows, and re engagement campaigns
- Improve customer retention and lifetime value through strategic follow up campaigns
- Track and analyze KPIs including ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, lead quality, and customer lifetime value
- Provide clear and consistent reporting on marketing performance
- Continuously test, improve, and optimize campaigns using data driven decision making
- Identify failed campaigns quickly and scale successful initiatives effectively
- Ensure all marketing materials remain compliant within healthcare, wellness, and supplement advertising guidelines
- Avoid prohibited medical claims and ensure proper disclosures are included where necessary
- Collaborate with leadership for final approval of sensitive claims and messaging
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing full funnel digital marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience with email and SMS marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo
- Ability to independently build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns from start to finish
- Strong copywriting and communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with analytics, attribution, and marketing performance metrics
- Experience creating or coordinating video focused marketing content
- Ability to manage multiple brands, audiences, and campaigns simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience marketing supplements, telehealth, concierge medicine, peptides, hormones, or functional medicine services
- Familiarity with Shopify, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, or similar funnel building tools
- Basic video editing or graphic design skills
- Experience managing compliant healthcare and wellness advertising campaigns
- Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
- Experience growing personal brands, podcasts, books, or authority based marketing campaigns
