InsideOut is a dynamic company based in Los Angeles, California specializing in virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist services. They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Development Representative to focus on appointment setting, learn the company's services, and eventually transition into a full-time sales role to drive revenue and grow the business.
Responsibilities:
- Work within our CRM platform (GoHighLevel) to manage leads and follow-up communications
- Contact prospects who have inquired about our virtual assistant staffing and virtual receptionist services to qualify leads and book appointments for the sales team
- Sit in on sales calls to understand the sales process and refine your communication skills
- Participate in daily coaching sessions with our experienced sales team
- After demonstrating proficiency in appointment setting and product knowledge, transition into a full-time sales role
- Manage your own pipeline and sales process to close deals
- Use insights gained during training to proactively source and convert leads
Requirements:
- Sales and appointment-setting experience is a MUST. We offer training, but you must come in with proven sales experience for at least 2 years
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably GoHighLevel, is an asset
- Strong communication skills with the ability to confidently engage prospects
- Coachable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
- Team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively
