Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ServiceNow Business Analyst to support ServiceNow initiatives across multiple business and technical teams. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, manage requests, and assist in process improvements and workflow automation efforts related to ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineering, product, operations, and other stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements
- Organize, track, and manage incoming requests and enhancements within internal systems
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, spreadsheets, and reporting related to ServiceNow initiatives
- Coordinate requirements reviews and ensure proper follow-through with stakeholders
- Support ServiceNow-related process improvements and workflow automation efforts
- Assist with service catalog management and request automation initiatives
- Work with teams to support integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems
- Utilize JIRA for task tracking, backlog management, and workflow coordination
- Maintain accurate records, timelines, and status updates for ongoing projects
Requirements:
- Experience using JIRA in a project or operational environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals and platform capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- ServiceNow Administrator experience or certification
- Experience with Service Catalog Management
- Experience with Request Automation
- Experience with System Integrations
- Previous experience supporting enterprise ITSM or workflow management initiatives
