Responsibilities:
- Promoting and selling products and services with confidence
- Identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions
- Handling service and account changes with accuracy and professionalism
- Completing save/service orders and negotiating when needed
- Resolving billing inquiries and adjustments
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience every step of the way
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High Speed Internet with a hard wired ethernet connection
- Private space to work within your home
- Ability to work full time - 40 Hours per week
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Confidence in sales and service scenarios
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- High energy and a professional demeanor
- Reliable with a strong history of attendance
- Proficient in basic math and data entry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Flexible and open to working a variety of shifts
