They are seeking a Backend Engineer with strong Golang experience to build scalable and high-performance backend systems for a fintech platform.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain scalable backend services using Golang
Design microservices and APIs
Work on distributed systems and real-time event-driven architectures
Improve performance, reliability, and system scalability
Collaborate with product, infrastructure, and engineering teams

Requirements:

Strong hands-on experience with Go/Golang
Experience with microservices and distributed systems
Strong knowledge of APIs, gRPC, Kafka, and backend architecture
Experience with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, and cloud-native systems
Solid understanding of concurrency, databases, and system design
FinTech, payments, trading, or banking experience
Experience building low-latency, high-scale systems
