InsideOut is a renowned event designer and producer celebrated for transforming spaces into immersive, high-end experiences. They are seeking a high-level Creative Project & Operations Manager to manage event budgets, coordinate vendor logistics, and ensure flawless execution of projects globally.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the lifecycle of events using Aisle Planner CRM
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Assist in developing and tracking event budgets, ensuring financial accuracy across multiple high-end projects
- Act as the primary point of contact for world-class vendors (florists, caterers, logistics), managing orders and ensuring alignment with the creative vision
- Audit and improve current G Suite systems
- Bring ideas to the table to make operations 'better or easier'
- Support client updates and maintain the high standard of 'emotional connection' and service that the Brand is known for
- Utilize the Adobe Suite to assist with design-related tasks and ensure all project documentation meets the company's aesthetic standards
- Manage travel logistics for projects (eventually) and support the coordination of a small, high-impact domestic team
Requirements:
- C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT
- Previous experience in project coordination, event management, or high-level executive support is required
- Exceptional attention to detail and a 'Type A' approach to digital filing
- Strong sensibility for aesthetics and high-end hospitality
- Don't wait for a 'paper trail' to be handed to you—you create it
- Comfortable with ambiguity and can lead through the 'weeds' of a project
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage 'good cop/bad cop' dynamics with vendors and partners
- Proficiency in G Suite and Adobe Suite is strongly preferred
- Experience with Aisle Planner or similar event CRMs is a major plus
