EVgo is one of the nation’s largest public fast charging networks for electric vehicles, aiming to expedite the mass adoption of EVs. They are seeking a detail-oriented HR Administrator to support core HR processes and act as a partner to employees and managers, blending hands-on HR administration with HRBP and Talent Acquisition exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and execute core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and employee documentation
- Support HRIS transactional items and ensure employee changes are processed appropriately, accurately, and timely
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations
- Support audits and maintain strong data integrity across systems
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies
- Processes, and general inquiries
- Support employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, and organizational updates
- Apply company policies and procedures to resolve routine to moderately complex issues, escalating when appropriate
- Assist with employee relations matters through documentation, tracking, and coordination
- Manage offboarding processes, including system access removal and exit documentation
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal programs
- Analyze data and trends to support HR and business decision-making
- Contribute to reporting and analysis for HR initiatives and leadership review
- Support key HR initiatives such as performance cycles, engagement surveys, and policy rollouts
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and workflows
- Assist with HR systems updates and process documentation
- Projects, innovations, creative problem solving, not only for client groups but for entire organization
- Build strong working relationships across HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and Finance
- Collaborate to resolve issues and support day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and ability to follow defined procedures while adapting to new situations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to grow into an HRBP role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms
- Comfortable working with data and generating basic reports and analysis
