GenAIx is a pre-seed, venture-backed company focused on building a workforce intelligence and upskilling platform for enterprise AI adoption. They are seeking a VP of Sales who will lead the revenue function, shape the go-to-market narrative, and build strategic partnerships with enterprise buyers.
Responsibilities:
- Full revenue function: enterprise pipeline, partner ecosystem, and corporate enrollment strategy
- GTM architecture — ICP definition, outbound motion, deal structure, and channel strategy
- Strategic partnerships with enterprise buyers, workforce development orgs, and learning technology platforms
- Diagnostic and advisory tools that help enterprises assess AI workforce readiness — a GenAIx differentiator
- Voice in product direction: translate market signals from the field into curriculum and platform decisions
- Revenue modeling and forecasting in partnership with the CEO through Series A
