Senior Project Manager - Remote

Metric Geo is a multi-award-winning engineering firm with offices across the East Coast, seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead their team. The role involves managing land development projects, overseeing construction plans, and serving as the primary client liaison while providing mentorship to junior staff.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

Requirements:

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in any East Coast State
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development - residential and commercial
• 5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
