Randox Toxicology is currently seeking a motivated and target driven individual for the position of Sales Development Representative. This role involves conducting outbound prospecting and qualifying leads to support the expansion of the MultiStat focused Sales Team for Toxicology and Clinical applications.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) to identify potential customers in line with defined sales targets
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria (budget, need, timeline)
- Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for Sales Executives
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between qualified prospects and Sales Executives
- Track all outreach activities and lead status updates in CRM
Requirements:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive tone
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
- High level of organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient in a high-activity environment
- Basic understanding of sales processes and lead qualification frameworks
- Research and analytical skills to identify high-potential prospects

- Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development (1+ years preferred)
