Prosper Health is on a mission to improve the lives of autistic and neurodivergent adults through specialized mental health services. The Creative Marketing Manager will oversee the creative pipeline, manage influencers, and produce high-performing ads to drive client engagement and growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Own the influencer engine. Build and maintain a strong, trusted pipeline of influencers producing great content. Source, outreach, onboard, and manage influencers end-to-end: relationships, negotiations, contracts, and payments. Continuously raise the bar on creator quality and output
- Own the creative production pipeline. Take creative briefs and drive them to finished, winning ads. Coordinate creators and editors, manage timelines, and ensure assets are delivered on time. Personally build simple but resonant static ads. Insatiably push for winners: judge quality, ideate, and iterate
- Own and improve the system. Build and maintain the infrastructure behind the creative machine (creator tracker, production pipeline, asset library). Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve speed and output without letting things slip. Move fast and maintain quality while doing it
- Stay deeply plugged into culture. Be highly attuned to trends, influencers, and what’s working across social. Bring new ideas and inspiration into the team constantly, and turn those ideas into ad performance and growth
- Own organic social execution. Select and post high-performing content. Maintain a consistent presence and help grow brand awareness. This is where your creativity can really shine
Requirements:
- 1.5-3 Years Experience in influencer marketing, content creation, ad production, or other social media related role
- Extreme ownership and follow-through
