Blueshift is a rapidly growing company that offers an AI-Powered Marketing Platform for B2C brands. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building interest in Blueshift's solutions, and partnering with Account Executives to develop new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Rapidly learn the essential skills and strategy
- Use research and lead generation tools to build targeted, accurate lists of strategic contacts
- Execute sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips
- Utilize smart, targeted questions and speak knowledgeably with decisions makers
- Evangelize Blueshift and build interest and opportunities with new prospects
- Partner with your assigned Account Executive to intelligently and strategically develop new opportunities and achieve a successful territory penetration plan
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 year of development experience in the marketing technology space
- Demonstrated track record of success
- Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fluid environment that is extremely dynamic; self-starter
- Extremely fast learner; 'student mentality'
- Strong time management skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy of data management
- Simultaneously and equally humble and self-confident
- A fervent focus on solving customer problems/challenges
- Over-the-top work ethic and 'hustle'
